Q: What is the MOQ of the products?

A: Normally we don’t have MOQ for the products, 1pc is workable.

Q: What is the lead time for stage light products?

A: The lead time is around 3 to 25days, it depends on the order quantities and materials. Let us know if you have any emergencies. 

Q: What information shall I offer when sending an inquiry? 

A: It would be perfect if you could offer company info (company name, address), interested models and quantities for quotation sheet with freight cost to your location; or send us your project idea to discuss and offer solutions and quotations.

Q: What shipping way do you use for the orders? 

A:  The shipping way would be suggested based on order quantities. For small quantity, DHL/UPS/FEDEX IP or IE would be suggested and offered related freight cost, and other cheap couriers such as China post but with long shipping time. For medium quantity, air shipping and sea shipping will be offered for options. And sea shipping for big quantity orders. That is why we need your company information for shipping suggestions.

Q: Regarding the cost of wireless transmitter and receiver, for one unit or one pair? 

A: The cost of wireless transmitter and receiver, it is for one unit, not for a pair. But we suggest to order 1 pair to match for using. Each unit all has transfer and receiving functions, just different for XLR connectors. Male XLR connector on controller for transfer, female XLR on lights for receiver and transfer. One transfer could match several receivers.

Q: How long the warranty is? 

A: The warranty for stage lights is one year, during the warranty, free parts will be offered for NON-artificial damage, exclude lamp sources. As well as technical support. Actually no warranty limit for long-term business partners, free parts always offered. The warranty for wireless transceiver is 2 years.

Q: What payment terms for the orders?

A: T/T transfer is preferable, 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. 

Q: Capable for OEM and ODM?

A: Yes, OEM is workable. For ODM, we have skilled and years experienced software engineer for fine ODM project, such as PCB drawing and software programming.
